We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide requested Free Clarity Audits and continue relevant business conversations with potential clients. This benefits both the individual and The Intro Film Co. because it allows us to provide the information or service they have asked for and assess whether we may be able to work together. We only use the information that is reasonably necessary for this purpose, and people would reasonably expect us to use their contact details when they have contacted us or requested an audit. We do not use this information in ways that would unfairly affect their rights or privacy.

How long we keep information
If you contact us or request a Free Clarity Audit but do not become a client, we will normally keep your contact details and correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact.
If you become a client, we may keep relevant project, contractual and financial records for longer where they are needed for our business, legal or tax obligations. Financial and accounting records may need to be retained for up to six years after the relevant company financial year.
When we no longer have a reason to keep your personal information, we will delete it or securely dispose of it.

Videos are hosted by Vimeo using its Do Not Track setting to minimise data collection. Vimeo states that this setting blocks the player from collecting session data and analytics, although essential security cookies may still be used where required.
We do not currently use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking.
